Upon discovering first the blog site of the image is found, where these talented young portrait photographers featured this fun, clever sweet display, I then started looking at their portfolio, scrolling through many of the weddings they had photographed... their work is such fun and really does catch the LOVE! I hope you agree and these shots make you smile and keep you believing in true love.
They also manage to capture a lot of PURE JOY in all their shots, families etc! (not an easy thing) Do check their site out and smile!
I think one may have to be on the other side of Fabulous Over Fifty to keep your balance in these, but how glorious they are! Sexy, feminine and powerful...
Jo and Kim over at Desire to Inspire have their readers send in pictures of their pets on furniture for a special post each Monday. With a poser like our Puss Puss I thought I'd nab the idea for fun and smiles here.
Elegantly reclining as an accent on my parabolic table Puss puss blends well with the tonal quality of the furnishings. Slightly suspended looking on ghost chairs, she really seems to adore the mirror table tops.
Checking out Wilbur, the fish who loves to nibble on her whiskers as she drinks, heading across the kitchen shelves just to see... after watching the bushes carefully for that gosh darn lizard!
I adore this design...although to make it work in Phuket you would have to build it somewhere deep in the forest and have a location that has a fabulous breeze through it so you didn't fry, it is really fabulous.
Some may find it too cold in it's minimalism but what a wonderful escape where you would not be distracted from the nature that surrounds. The calm .... you can feel. Absolute Zen perfection by Canadian architecture firm gh3. Photos via gh3.
Here is the view from our secret little fish restaurant, here you can have the best soft shell crab with pepper and garlic in the world! It is a little wooden platform perched right out and over the river.
If one is really lucky the gibbons come out to play across the way in the mangroves. No such luck today.
Two of Phillip Starck's latest pieces are sure to become design icons of this coming decade. The stackable Mi Ming chair created in collaboration with Eugeni Quitllet has one of the most gracious and ancient chair shapes reinterpreted as only Mr. Starck can do. Pictured here with the Chinese red accent colour, they would be perfect in my house, but the white and silver colour options are just as stunning! I am trying to decide if the Mr. Starck's bonze stools are creepy or cool....anyway they are the best Chinese New Year-Valentine's red around!
