Passing It On - A Blog of Substance Award

There are  so many, many wonderful blogs out there.
Participating in passing these 'awards' on does help in the discovery process of the blog world.
These sort of awards seem to come and go however recently they seem to have had a bit of a revival.
I wonder if it is an early in the year tradition?
I also am curious to where this award started?
Gently thinking a slightly more sophisticated design could be done for this little award.

Looks like People are Reading.....

Another very nice nod of recognition came last week.

This time from Carole at Dear Designer’s Blog,  how encouraging! 
People out there in the 'blogisphere' are taking a glance at my postings.

Carole is an interior designer in London UK who posts some very creative design inspiration. A couple favorites of late were a little cottage called Moorland View one could rent for holidays in Devon and another, a post on  the work of Natasha Webb  the creator of Grace and Webb. I am thinking instead of shutters in my Phuket town shophouse fantasy, some of Natasha's work could be just the solution.
