Hi Renee, It was some sort of project in this little town by the women in winter. I gathered it was initiated by an American woman artist who was there to revive knitting skills and build some community spirit with the woman way out in the middle of nowhere! Coming from Phuket I could email my kids it was so cold here in Norway even the trees wore sweaters hehehe! It was very picturesque to say the least....orginal visions abound everywhere still! Gotta smile!
